About
My psychotherapeutic approach is non-judgmental, inclusive of all backgrounds and identities. I offer a real therapeutic relationship in which you can be seen and see yourself. My experience in various therapeutic approaches allows me to create a personalised experience for each client. I work in a collaborative and flexible way to help you better understand yourself.
I adhere to the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) ensuring professional and confidential care for all of my clients.
I have an MA (with distinction) in Integrative Psychotherapy from Regent’s University, London. I draw on my extensive training in various therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT, to create a personalised experience for each client. Together we can tailor strategies to suit your way of seeing the world. I also integrate mindfulness and holistic approaches to mental well-being, rather than any rigid or limited approach.
With previous careers in law, science and fashion, I draw on a varied background to bring an open and dynamic approach to the work.
